As his country’s only Master Sommelier and as South Pacific Director for the Guild of Sommeliers worldwide, Cameron is known as the Unofficial Ambassador of New Zealand Wines. He heads up the Wine & Beverage Program at Auckland University of Technology.

An arbiter of Italian wine, Jeffrey is the Beverage Director of the Batali & Bastianich Hospitality Group. An expert on Champagne, he is a holder of the Chevalier Ordre des Coteaux de Champagne.

Yes, he’s one of the UWA Wine Experts curating our amazing collection of wines and the man often credited with single-handedly launching the Santa Barbara wine scene. Doug opened the Wine Cask wine store in 1981 and soon expanded the business to include a restaurant. Immediate critical success included praise from Gourmet and Bon Appetit magazines. Doug began Margerum Wine Company in 2001. In addition, he is the winemaker for Happy Canyon Vineyards and consulting wine maker for several other prestigious labels. email@example.com
CINDI DIETRICH, CMO
A job at a cooking school in her youth, followed by work in top L.A. restaurants led Cindi to Alive Culinary Resources in 1991, where she was immersed in food and wine — promoting experiences and developing brands for world renowned chefs. Later, she provided marketing strategies, graphic design and event coordination with her own Fruitious Company.
